Faith Flow Yoga
In a world dominated by noise, Faith Flow presents a rare opportunity to unburden ourselves and immerse ourselves in the divine presence of God. With every breath and intention, we invite grace into our lives through prayer and Christian Contemporary Music, discovering strength in every pose and reinforcing the belief that God is omnipresent in all our endeavors.

Summer Fitness Series
Enjoy a 5 week fitness series around town with YMCA personal trainer, Amanda!!
Each class will be held at a different location around Burlington enjoying the fitness challenges Burlington naturally has to offer!
All classes will meet at 8am and go for approx. 45min. Bring a mat and some water. If case of rain/inclement weather, plan to meet at the YMCA. You’ll receive an email update if location plans change
